RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returned items must comply with our policy:
- Your item must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with tags and the original packaging included. You’ll also need the bill or proof of purchase.
- Sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
- Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email, as well as instructions on how and where to send package.
Shipping
You are responsible for all shipping costs, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you get a damaged or defective item, please refer to our returns guidelines.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the case an item was faulty or damaged when received, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges, and you may return it for a refund.
