REFUND POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange.

We will arrange a return and process a full refund for a faulty product. But if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. Your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refund Conditions

You have not received the product, even though you have paid for it.

The product we delivered does not match your order.

The product has been damaged.

Refund Methods

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you via email that we have received the return and let you know whether the return has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account.

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There will usually be a processing time before the refund is posted.

Cancel Order

Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you would like to cancel your order. You have 12 hours to cancel using the link in your confirmation email. After this time, or the order has been shipped to the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to make any further changes
