Order Processing
After we have final confirmed your order by 5pm (PST). We will process your order the following day.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.
If any items are not available, the preparation time may vary. Delays in availability will be advised.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is within 7-15 business days (may be longer, depending on the destination) from the date the order is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the goods during this time. A signature will be required upon delivery.
However, there will be circumstances that we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical challenges that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you via email.

Our available shipping methods and carriers depend on the location and size of the item you purchased.
We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact our customer service staff if you live elsewhere and need assistance.
Shipping Costs
The standard shipping cost is $6.99 for all orders.
Lost or Missing Packages
Luxyry Store is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
In the unfortunate event that you do not receive your package after confirming delivery, please contact your local carrier to initiate a claim. The shipping label we print is taken directly from the address you provided at checkout. You are responsible for entering your correct address. If you enter an incorrect address, we are not responsible.
Damaged/Defective Package
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Please attach a photo of the damage in your email to expedite the process.
